Privacy notice

Who this is

This is the privacy notice for forfinancesake.co.uk, run by For Finance Sake Ltd (company no. 17357460, registered in England and Wales, registered office 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF). I’m the person responsible for how your information is used: Rachel Portelli, rachel@forfinancesake.co.uk.

What I collect, and why

If you book a call, your name and email address are collected by the booking tool I use (Google Calendar) so I know who I’m speaking with and can send you the call details. If you email me directly, I’ll have whatever you’ve included in that email.

I don’t collect anything else through this site. There are no sign-up forms, no newsletter, and no tracking of who you are.

Website analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify individual visitors, so no personal data is collected this way.

Legal basis

I use your name and email to respond to your enquiry and arrange a call, which is a legitimate interest of running my business, and something you’d reasonably expect when you book a call or send an email.

Who I share it with

Booking details are held in Google Calendar, and email is handled through Google Workspace. I don’t sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and booking information for as long as it’s relevant to our conversation or working relationship, and delete it when it no longer is.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see what information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or ask me to stop using it. To do any of this, email rachel@forfinancesake.co.uk.

If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

I may update this notice from time to time. The version here is always the current one.
